Justice and safety have long been sought by queer communities, whose lives have often been criminalized. In an era of increasing acceptance and laws decriminalizing being LGBTQ, we explore what it will take to create an equitable justice system. We will also discuss what it means to feel safe and what it will take to ensure our communities and institutions make it a priority.
